Tickets & Wallet
Everything about buying, holding, and using tickets to paid events.
Buying
Pick your ticket types and quantities and pay by card, TWINT, or Apple/Google Pay. A few things that save money or confusion:
- Member pricing applies itself. If you’re a member of the hosting club, your first ticket is automatically at the member price — no code needed. You’ll see “Your first ticket qualifies for member pricing.”
- Discount codes go in at checkout, on top of member pricing where allowed.
- Your tickets are held for 15 minutes while you pay. If you close the tab, you can come back and resume payment from where you left off rather than starting over.
No account? You can still buy. Guest checkout needs only your email. Your tickets arrive as a secure link in that email — but signing in first is the only way to get member pricing.
Using your ticket at the door
Open your ticket and show the QR code — the screen stays awake so it won’t dim mid-scan. Staff scan it once to check you in.
- Scanned twice? The second scan flags as a duplicate — this is what stops one ticket being shared around.
- Wrong event? It’s rejected outright.
Your ticket clearly shows its state: Ready to Scan, Awaiting Payment, Already Checked In, or invalid.
Apple Wallet
On iPhone or Mac, add the ticket to Apple Wallet for one-tap access at the door.
The Wallet pass keeps itself current. It updates on its own when you’re checked in, if a check-in is undone by mistake, or if the organiser changes the event details — you never need to re-download it.
Can’t find a ticket? It’s on your dashboard under the Tickets tab, and in your order-confirmation email.
