Board positions
Beyond attending events, you can join the teams that run the clubs. UniClubs has a dedicated space for open board roles, committee positions, and volunteer opportunities across your university — a lot of students never notice it.
Finding openings
The Opportunities page lists open board and committee positions from clubs across your university. Each posting has its own page describing the role and how to apply.
This is separate from event applications. It’s for joining a club’s team, not attending its events — a genuinely different door into campus involvement.
Applying and tracking
You apply directly from a posting. If it lists several positions, you can pick more than one and rank them — one application, in your order of preference, instead of applying again and again.
From there your application moves through clear stages — typically submitted → screening → interview → offer — and you can follow exactly where you stand.
Your board applications show up on your dashboard under “My Recruitment Applications,” so you’re never left guessing whether a club has looked at your application yet.
Changing your mind
You’re not locked into your first submission — as long as the club hasn’t started reviewing your application yet:
- Edit it — change your position choices, answers, or documents — from the posting page, right up until the deadline.
- Withdraw it if you’re no longer interested. And if you change your mind again, you can re-apply to the same posting while it’s still open.
Once a club moves your application into screening, editing and re-applying close — it’s being assessed as submitted. If you withdrew after that and want back in, just message the club: they can reopen your application from their side.
