The club panel
Everything you do to run your club happens in the Panel — your club’s private dashboard. It only ever shows your club’s data: your members, your events, your money. There’s no cross-club or platform-wide view, by design.
There are no club logins — only people
You never share a club account. Each person signs in with their own personal account, and that account can hold staff access to several clubs at once. It starts with whoever created the club (they’re the first staff member); from there they add others.
This is what makes handovers safe. Because access is granted per person, you add or remove board members without ever sharing a password — and no one can lock the club out by leaving with “the account.” When a board changes, you just revoke the people who left.
Who can do what
Access is controlled by roles, which are separate from membership. Someone can be a paying member with no panel access at all, or hold a staff role without any membership.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access — members, events, payments, roles, settings, audit, everything below. For board and leadership. |
| Recruiter | Members, events, payments, recruitment, analytics, and data export — but not settings, roles, or audit. |
| Viewer | Read-only. Can see the panel and member list but change nothing. |
Viewer isn’t a membership. It’s read-only panel access — think an advisory-board member or auditor who should see how things run without touching anything. A regular club member isn’t staff at all and never sees the panel.
A person can hold more than one role at once. You can also give them a custom display title — “President”, “VP Events” — but that’s purely cosmetic for your public board list; the role is what actually grants access. Assign both under Members → Staff.
New club? Start with the checklist
A fresh club sees a Launch Checklist on its dashboard that walks you through the setup that actually matters — payment method, point-of-contact, first event, membership tiers — so you don’t go live with half of it missing.
Where things live
The panel sidebar is organised into: Dashboard, Members, Events, QR Codes, Partners, Finance, Analytics, and Settings. The Dashboard’s “Needs Attention” card is the one to check regularly — it surfaces pending applications, pending payments, a missing point-of-contact, and tiers about to expire, so nothing slips.
Each area has its own page in this section — start with Creating events or Membership tiers.
