Moving to UniClubs
Already have members in a spreadsheet? You can bring an established club across in minutes. There are two ways, and both mark the member as already paid — they paid you before the move, so UniClubs won’t chase them for payment.
One or a few people
Add them directly under Members → Invitations. You only need their email and a tier; a note is optional.
A whole list
Use Members → Import:
- Upload your Excel or CSV.
- Map your columns to UniClubs fields — only two are required: email and membership tier.
- Optionally map a start date for when each member’s membership began.
Anyone you add who doesn’t have a UniClubs account yet appears as an invitation until they sign up. That’s also a neat way to check whether your board members have actually created their accounts — if they’re still listed as an invitation, they haven’t.
You can also assign existing users to a tier in bulk later, optionally recording their payment.
