Members & staff
Your members and your staff are two different things: members join through a tier, staff hold a role that grants panel access. See The club panel for how roles work and why they’re separate from membership.
Managing members
The Members → All Members list is your roster — search and filter by status, and open anyone to see their tiers, what they’ve paid, and how long they’ve been a member. From a member you can add or revoke a membership and record a payment.
Staff
- Add staff by email under Members → Staff and give them a role — Admin, Recruiter, or Viewer — plus an optional display title. A regular club member is not staff and never sees the panel.
- Roles and titles are independent: the title (“President”, “VP Events”) is cosmetic; the role is what grants access.
Keep your point of contact current. At the top of the Staff area is the club’s point of contact — how UniClubs reaches the right person when something needs attention. If it’s missing or stale, we have to email your whole board instead. It’s your responsibility to keep it updated.
Board list
Mark which staff appear on your public club page, and in what order. This is display only — someone on the board list still needs an Admin or Recruiter role to actually manage anything.
The public board page also has to be switched on under Settings → General before it shows.
Board recruitment
Post open board and committee positions and review applicants right in the panel. This is the other side of what students see under Board positions.
