Settings, roles & data
The Settings area holds your club’s identity and its safety rails. Most of it you set once. A few pieces are worth knowing about beyond the obvious.
Identity & branding
Under General and Branding: your club name and URL, descriptions, category, contact details, and your visual identity — logo, colours, fonts. This is what students see on your public club page and carries into your embedded widget.
Keep your point-of-contact current. A missing point-of-contact shows up in your dashboard’s “Needs Attention” — it’s how the platform (and students) reach the right person, so don’t leave it blank.
Roles & permissions
The Roles page shows the permission matrix — exactly what Admin, Recruiter, and Viewer can each do. You assign people to roles under Members → Staff; this page is the reference for what you’re granting. See The club panel for the summary.
Membership questions
Define the custom questions applicants answer when joining — per tier or across all tiers. These feed the applications you review under Membership tiers.
University affiliations & partners
Register which universities your club is affiliated with, and maintain your Partners directory of companies you work with.
Audit log & data export
Every significant action is logged. The Audit Log records who did what and when — approvals, payment changes, role edits. When a board hands over each year, it’s how the new team sees what happened and holds the club accountable.
Need your club’s data out of the platform — for a handover, a report, or compliance? Advanced settings includes a full data export.
