Applications & registrations
For application-based events, the Manage Registrations view is where you run selection. It’s built for reviewing a lot of people quickly and fairly.
Review at speed
- Filter and sort by status, name, field of study, graduation year, or review state — so you can, say, line up all Master’s applicants together.
- Open any applicant to see their CV, transcript, and answers in one place.
- Decide Approve / Reject / Waitlist, with two kinds of notes: an applicant note they’ll see, and an internal note only your team sees.
Decisions are staged, then committed together. Approvals and rejections queue up as pending — you review the whole batch, then apply them in one go. Applicants aren’t notified one awkward decision at a time, and you can change your mind before committing. (The batch locks once the event ends.)
Pre-screening & bulk actions
- Shortlist applicants as shortlisted, not reviewed, or passed over, then filter to just your shortlist for a second pass.
- Bulk approve, reject, or waitlist a whole selection at once with a shared note — instead of clicking through hundreds individually.
Waitlists that manage themselves
You can manually reorder the waitlist by priority. And when a confirmed attendee withdraws, the top of the waitlist is promoted and emailed automatically — you don’t have to watch for drop-outs.
Bringing in company recruiters
Let a partner review applicants without giving them an account. For a co-hosted or sponsored event, generate a secure invitation link that lets a company’s recruiters view and assess applicants for that event only — scoped, revocable, no UniClubs login required.
Exporting
When selection is done, export applicants — including their CVs, transcripts, documents, and answers — as a single download to share with partners or archive. Export is available once the registration deadline (or the event) has passed.
