If your club runs its own website, UniClubs can power the parts that are painful to build yourself — logins and a live events list — so you don’t maintain two systems.
”Log in with your club” on your own site
Your website can authenticate students against UniClubs. Register an OAuth application under Settings → API & OAuth, and your site gets a “sign in” that uses students’ existing UniClubs accounts — no separate passwords, and your site instantly knows who’s a member. It’s the same single sign-on the platform itself uses, available to your club.
This means your website and UniClubs share one identity: a student signs in once, and your site can gate members-only pages without you managing accounts.
Embed your events anywhere
Drop a live events widget onto your existing website. It stays in sync with UniClubs automatically — publish an event in the panel and it appears on your site, no copy-paste. You can set the layout, branding, date range, and text, then paste the generated embed code into your page.
API keys
For deeper or custom integrations, create API keys under the same settings area to pull your club’s data into your own tools.
Trackable QR codes & short links
Under QR Codes, generate branded QR codes and short links for posters, stories, and flyers — then see how many scans each one got. Useful for finding out which poster or channel actually drove sign-ups.
